We called them while of a long drive from Albuquerque... we called them several times over two days .....and they never returned any of our phone calls . We have stayed here several times in the past and there ...it's an OK park full of longtime residents. all gravel and dirt. I don't understand why they no longer return phone calls or answer the phone. We called during business hours. There isn't much to choose from in this part of Texas but there are a couple of pretty parks nearby that we'll check out next time we're in the area.
Very Rude. Act nice but will stab you in the back in a heartbeat. Don't keep up the grounds. Grass grows up. Ants. Snakes. People living there are very clicky and watch every move you make and if they don't like it your out. Old and nothing better to do. Even when they are loudmouth drunks drinking early in the mornings. No amenities. Complain about the tiniest things ever. Omg there is a loud canon that goes off every 15? Minutes !! To keep birds off neighbors pecan trees!!! Sounds like hunting season and I mean loud ! Unless your in their click you best not step one inch out of their so called rules. Mail? There is no security anyone can get your mail ! It's in folders! Good luck
