Small, and centrally located, Big Cedar Campground provides essentials for a mid-Peninsula campground base. Reliable water, sewer, and electric (no 50 amp) hookups. Gravel sites are level. Available canoeing and kayaks in nearby river. Caution: River has numerous hazards and is not for beginners (IMHO). Plenty of shade. Our satellite worked fine facing south, other sites may have marginal satellite reception. No WIFI. Cell phone reception one or two bars 3G (Verizon). Did not use restroom or shower facilities, since we were in a motohome. Laundry has one washer and one dryer. Owner greeted us upon arrival, and was helpful as a source for local activities/points of interest.
