Nice overnight

We stayed for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of room for our 45ft. Class A towing.

The "big oak" is beautiful set in a nice little back yard setting in the center of the park.
Other than that it's a very tightly packed park. Since we were only overnighting that was ok.
The park is next to the main drag so if you're at the front of the park it gets a bit loud from the road noise.
Our experience was very pleasant and the staff were very nice and friendly.

Lots of big oak trees. Long pull thru sites. Too many permanent residents. Many are run down. Over priced.

Nice park and the center piece (the big oak) is gorgeous. Sites are spacious, gravel and close to level. Park is clean but bathrooms are small. Would definitely stop here again. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Excellent large sites

Beautiful Big Oaks, sites very large, staff very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. We have a 40' rig and pull a full size pickup truck, handled us with no problem, and they could handle even larger. A lot of places to eat within 15 min.

Beautiful park

Very accommodating staff. Parked 2 rigs on either side of the office for one night stay and had a beautiful courtyard between us. Bathrooms could use a makeover

The site that I was put on was very small and not level. The site was gravel and muddy from rain. The Wifi would not work.

Served the purpose and we had a nice long and level site. Slight grade down getting in the entrance for a 40' 5th wheel. However our site was apparently a cut thru to walk dogs and/or just cut thru. Dog cr---d right by our patio. This is a big no no in my etiquette book. Many old seasonal and permanent units. Many large trees as the name implies but enough room to maneuver thru the park. Will not return.

Very rundown park. Spots are not level. The only nice thing about this park is the beautiful oak trees. Staff not overly friendly.

As you near the entrance on 27, enter left turn lane and DO NOT TURN RIGHT! Easy access off I-10. Very nice stop for our trip from North Port Florida to New Orleans.

Nice park and staff. Lots of perms but seem to be well kept . Seems little pricey at $45 per night for what’s offered and that’s after the Good Sams discount. Be aware that the park will be on your left going north and not right as the gps indicates.

Overpriced and packed

It was definitely overpriced. They pack you in like sardines. The bathroom was atrocious.
