This is a wonderful park. Roomy sites, with well graveled pads, a sizable grassy area, comfortable picnic tables, and a fire pit. The bathrooms and showers are also excellent. I highly recommend this park.

This park is unusual because you don't hear the highway noise. It's nestled in the trees so that you feel you are staying in a state or national park but you have your own grassy yard! It's clean and important to the weary traveler: a laundromat with large washing machines and driers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sites are situated off-set so you are not looking at you're next door neighbor. It's an hour away from many beautiful attractions such as Crater Lake and Lava Lands. We stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed it. The Yard Art is fun to view when walking the dog!
If it had a hot tub, I would give it a five. They really care about you! Spots are large gravel base. Sprinklers for the grass which looks really nice. Close to Crater Lake, Bend, Lava Flows, many, many beautiful water falls. Wish I could have stayed longer! Bruce and his wife are the real deal. A must stay! Great laundry room!
I was given a large pull thru site for my 42' 5th wheel with FHU. Sites are all very large and situated so you feel like your in the open and not confined by other RV's. This is what all parks should look and feel like, I have stayed in close to 30 parks this trip and this would make the top 5. Would definitely come back.
On the road headed to Bend and decided to stop here for the night. So glad we did! This park is excellently run and maintained. Everything from the laundry to the showers were very clean. Bruce, is a wonderful camp owner and host. Whether you need an over nighter or several, this is the place to stay.
Very nice clean park. Slips very roomy. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Park is right off Hwy 97, but back off the roadway, some road noise but not noticeable too much. Will definitely stay here again!!
This place is amazing. It's got mountain biking, it's got hiking, it is Clean and inviting. It is everything you want. Just a bit close to the road. But the road is not that noisy
I stayed a month here this spring and although the weather didn't corporate a few times I enjoyed my stay. Bruce went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, he even helped me remove a leaking tire on my trailer to have it fixed. The staff there also went above and beyond, thanks Cher! I'll stay again next time I'm in the area.
Gravel drives (not dirt). Each site has grass, picnic table and a fire pit. We were in the very back and still could hear the traffic if we were outside. Wifi worked most of the time but you have to log in every time after your device has gone to sleep. There were a very few number of bath/showers but they were clean and free. Limited number didn't have us waiting to use them so most people must use their own RV/TT bath/shower. As others have said, Bruce is very nice and will provide local knowledge upon request. We stayed in our 30' TT.
We just came in for an overnight and were warmly greeted by the park's owner. He had a nice long wooded site for us so we didn't have to unhook. He really has paid attention to detail, particularly with the landscaping, sort of a little wonderland in the middle of the woods. All the usual amenities, all clean and well maintained. Glad we stopped here!

The place is very scenic, the spot we got was very grassy. We made a last minute reservation and got the last available space. The wash house is amazing! Sooo clean. There seems to be 3 wash rooms. 1 men, 1 women and 1 unisex single one. The staff is friendly and very helpful, we don’t really need much though. They are creating new sites because this place is beautiful. There’s a trail where we saw tent caterpillar on a nice dirt road. It’s very much worth it if you get to stay here. The only issue is the nearest grocery store is 18 miles away, but we love the more “middle of nowhere” type RV locations.
This was the second time we stayed at Big Pines. Even though the park is under expansion it still is a great place to stay. The management is top notch, very friendly and helpful. Most of the sites are level and most have grass. You won't have a problem negotiating the gravel roads. Entry and exit are easy-to-use for big rigs. Easy access to Crater Lake and La Pine.
We were meet by the owner he is very friendly! They are adding 30 new sites and only has 5 live in s. We will stay here again!

Very nice RV Park. Newley expanded to a total of 63 large spots. Working to get grass in the expanded spots and building new picnic tables/benches. Owner is very friendly and guided us to our spot. We would stay here again if in the neighborhood.
We stayed one night. The lady that took our reservation was nice and prepared us a late checkin packet.. The space was ok...but.. the owner was a jerk. he was rude to my husband twice. To the owner.. if you don t like what you are doing get out of the business..all the rudeness got you was a bad review..
