We have stayed here several times and always love it here. Be warned though - you will have no sewer hookups and there are no showers available in the restrooms. However it's totally worth it for the huge site, the price and the peacefulness here.

Clean, well maintained with the biggest RV spaces I ve seen in all our travels. Long, wide very easy in and out. Friendly. No reservations, electric only. Handicap accessibility, large covered picnic area. Water is available every other space, so easy to get water when you need it.
This was a great wide open area as we stayed here towards the end of their season. There is only water and electric but there is a dump station on site. Very quiet and very friendly and helpful staff on hand.
We stayed here 2 weeks while visiting our daughter and new grandbaby. The campground is clean and sites are reasonably large. It is a fairly new campground with regular bathhouse (no showers) and additional pit toilets that were clean and did not smell. No shade. Nice walking trails and wildlife. About an hour from Downtown Chicago. Only allowed to stay here two weeks at a time.
