Clean. Friendly. Most sites on river. Reasonable rates.
This river front mid-sized RV park is packed full of charm, and warm, friendly welcomes. Being the Ozark Scenic Riverways, tubbing is one of the primary fun attractions here. My site, #24 is fairly level and right on the river. The clubhouse is large with store, laundry and river front seating. FHUs, picnic tables and fire ring on all sites. Shower house clean with cipher locks. WiFi is decent, but we are close to clubhouse. There is a nice totem poll next to clubhouse. Will come back. Quite, far enough from Hwy 60, no road noise. Lighting is very minimum in the park which allows for good night sky viewing of the stars.
Nice park mostly level spots with Gravle and grass spots.. Wide sites ( says 40') with plenty on river and plenty of pull through sites.. Tent area Some spots with full timers( weekend getaways) very clean bathhouse and owners live on site... They run a river tubing business here too so I would summer weekends are VERY busy!! But think they enforce quite hours strictly after talking to the owner for quite a while!! Wifi, cable, game room laundry huge covered deck to watch the river and tubers in season. Will be back to explore this area springs more in depth!! Good Sam park
In April of 2017 a huge flash flood raged through the valley. The water was 10 feet higher than ground level. The owners were overwhelmed but they are rebuilding and well on their way to recovery as of September 2017. We spent a night there and everything was working on our site and the shower house was clean.
Campground was half full and it was so quiet by 9pm that you could hear the sounds of the river. The locals I spoke to said the owners/managers were pretty strict about being loud/drinking and whatnot. We aren't the type for that so our stay was perfect. The bath house was still closed for the offseason but the campground was clean and well laid out. Campsites were spaced out better than most private campgrounds. Will absolutely be back.
Stayed one night while passing through. Man, wish we had more time here to enjoy the river shuttle service so we could work in a float trip. Full hook ups, level sites, clean and even had some riverside sites available. WiFi was good. Customer Service was on point. Would stay here again and highly recommend it!
