In January of 2018 my husband put down a $100.00 deposit to hold lot E10 at Big Valley for occupancy from Dec. 1, 2018 thru March 31, 2019. We have a receipt saying we paid and it has the site number on it, and signed by someone in the office. Unfortunately, the park name is NOT on the receipt, but there is a number on the receipt. I called them before Sept. 1st to find out if we needed to make some form of payment before coming down. They said they do not have a record of our payment or reservation of lot E10. They said they are under new management and "we will find you a space". Sorry, "find you a space" is not acceptable, as we have a 44 foot toy hauler and E10 was the only space in the park that we would fit in. The comment was "we will get back to you". I have called 3 times, left messages, they will not answer the phone OR return any calls. I have sent an email........no response. We are not happy. If they have given our space to someone else, why don't they have the decency to at least TELL us that so we can be looking for another park (which I think we should be doing............after all, it is already early September). Actually, at this point, if there was a "no-star" rating, I would give them that because of their "My give-a-damn's busted" attitude. If they would man up and either give us the site we have reserved, or tell us that it is gone, I would change my rating.
