Stayed here for 4 days during Arizona storms. No snow here. This RV park is situated perfect for site seeing in Prescott, Sedona and Phoenix area. Management very friendly. Had problems with our RV door and management went out of their way to help us out. Highly recommend this park!!!!

This park is no longer a KOA but a Good Sam park. Sites are narrow and a bit overgrown. This is not just due to the plentiful rain this year as the cacti are out of control and right near where you hook up. The cable tv at our site had some problems. Dog park is ok. Goats are not a big problem as they are friendly and only roam a short time per day.

Made reservation 3 months in advance I requested a pull thru, upon arrival I was given a pull in back out, due to an unexplained emergency they wouldn't discuss what it was and why I was given the pull in site. Less than an hour later another motorhome came in and was given a pull thru. The staff has no idea what customer service is, the facility seems to just want your money with no consideration to the customer. Layout is worst I've seen for a KOA, cramped spaces, sites not level, poor ground keeping.

Nice little RV park. An old KOA now private. Important fact we did not know until arriving shortly after noon. Office is closed 11am until 2pm every day except Sunday. So, don't show up early!
