Really relaxing and beautiful park near the lake, a lot of space for tents and RV and great trails for families. Would have stayed more ! Highly recommended

Nice campground three miles from Mt Rushmore. Nice walk around a beautiful lake that they stock with Rainbow Trout. No Hook-ups however there is water in the campground and the vault toilets are among the cleanest we have experienced. easy to get larger units in as sites 1 - 10 are concrete pads. would stay again.

If you want the Internet, Cable TV, and high-speed cell service, this ain't the place for you - but if you want to hear nothing but wind and nature on your walks, beautiful skies at night, and a truly beautiful vistas, then this is the campground! Offers a true camping experience with the convenience of water, electricity, and immaculate showers. About as close as you can get to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Needles Highway. Can't wait to return.

Great stop. One of our best. Husband caught two trout with mini marshmallows. We had a lovely spot on the lake. Half off for passes. Dogs are $2 each.
