Nice personnel. Mostly pull-thrus. Quiet as it is just far enough off the road. Very short walk to the river - beautiful. Lots of mature trees but mostly in the smaller spaces. Bathroom/ showers are clean. Showers are very small but have good water pressure. Make sure you have a regulator for the water hook-up as the psi is 101.
