This place is run down. Did not feel safe staying here.
with taxes 43 dollars. This is a large park with quite a few seasonal homes. The sites are level and grass. There is plenty of room to comfortably enjoy the outdoors. The swimming pool is very well maintained and heated just enough. There’s a toddlers pool as well. The lake is large and clean as are the campgrounds. I’m not sure there are any full hook-ups making the cost a little pricy.
Blackhawk had a bad reputation, but the new property manager is doing a fantastic job. Permanent residents are all very welcoming. We visited for a weekend and loved it so much that we rented a permanent site.
