Over rated. Old RV park. Got the last back in spot for the weekend on the alley by abandoned rigs. TV + Wi-Fi work though
To stay one night perfect. But you can hear highway and planes. Laundry too expensive with $2. Wi-Fi slow.

Stayed here three nights well visiting Yosemite to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. Close to the new Walmart Supercenter in a nicer part of town and seems safe has video cameras lighting block wall around with razor wire on top. Allows RV washing with a nozzle on your hose to conserve water. Nice place for an in town RV Park, will stay again when in this area. Honored My Good Sam discount.
I was a Fresno Police Officer 28 yrs. Place was a dump. Now it has been greatly improved, very safe. We stay when visiting family and friends every year for a week. Centrally located and good services. Cannot be beat for miles around. We highly recommend it but fills up quickly when there are local events so make early reservations.
This park is right in town which is very convenient. This is our 3rd visit and if you Get an interior pull through you have a great cement pad and separate parking spot along with a nice round picnic table. We had Site 45. 50 amp, water, sewer and cable were good. WiFi is poor. There are mature trees and some grass, so even though it is an asphalt parking lot it's okay. It is always very quite when have stayed. We stayed in a 38' motor home with a tow for $35 per night. We will stay here any time we are in Fresno.
For the price you can’t beat this place. One of the most shady parks we’ve been too. Staff was friendly. Spots were spacious for our 40 foot camper. We will be back for sure anytime we are near Fresno. Yosemite is only an hour away too!
Park is town, on high traffic road. We were forced into truck repairs which extended our trip. Staff extended our site stay 2 nights but when we needed 1 more they got ugly. Made us call some guy to move our trailer who destroyed our hitch. Worst of all the park had open sites that night. A good staff could of worked it out. We’ll never ever go back. Cable and a WIFI was ok.
Not the best park we have been overnight. Sand in site had mud tracks. In order to get somewhat level we parked on the patio. Bathrooms are at the front of park. Ok for an overnight, we could leave the fifth wheel hooked up. 2 neighbors said this was the worst site in park of 96 sites. Most were full time residents.
New owners are not putting money into park. Grass and weeds not being cared for laundry room is disgusting. Price is up to 50 a night for pull throughs. Park rules are not being followed.
We have stayed at this park several times in the past 3 years. We wanted to make a reservation for a future stay and they wanted the full two week stay up front. This park has gone through many admin changes in the office. We told the person we could see one night but not the full two weeks. Were told that was the new way of doing business. We declined.
I was only here for 1 night, but I enjoyed this RV park. Good utilities that all worked well. There were a number of RVers with sizeable new units. I made a phone reservation that was very quick. I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for 2 weeks. Nice pull thru spot. The only issues we had was: The wifi can be spotty. The bathrooms with showers are located up front. The one bathroom has a large window that is frosted but my boyfriend pointed out that you can see through the window still. Aside from that it is a good location with shopping close by. The lady at the front desk is super helpful. She even allowed us to extend one night last minute due to weather messing up our travel plans.Will probably stay here again in the future. Nice park !
