We didn't actually stay here, though we intended too. Mostly full timers on very tight lots. Kind of run down looking. We called but manager never returned our call so can't well you much. However, a few miles outside Parksburg is the Bellville dam where you can stay for free. Flush toilets level parking lot and view of the river locks.
Nice shaded lots, with concrete patio pads. Quiet grounds right next to the ohio river with a fishing pond on site. Nice manager. Laundry facility on site. Road is a bit rough and hot spot from an off site company sucks, but other than that, it's a nice, reasonably priced park. Antenna can pick up about 7 local channels, no cable access.
No office, phone number disconnected. Looks like a full time trailer park to me. Don't waste your time with a wild goose chase!
