This is by far the cleanest, most well kept park in NFLD. The staff is out cutting grass,cleaning the grounds and the common areas. Large, bright, clean washrooms. Large separate showers. Friendly helpful staff. Mostly seasonal sites by the pond(lake), best WiFi is on the two upper levels. Holyrood with a few restaurants and stores is 5 minutes away and St. John's is 25 minutes to downtown. Pond has a dock and roped off swimming area, there are some trails behind the rec center, not the best walking trails but my dogs liked them and watch for wild blueberry. Local bands play in the rec center most weekends in the summer.
