This park has one of the worst park managers. He rides on his golf cart and yelled at us for trying to park. Very poorly managed and not very clean.

Got here in mid September for a month. Nothing but friendly helpful folks to assist. The Park is extremely clean including pool, laundry, showers are pristine! Will definitely return here. Very convenient to every you need.
We found this park 8 years ago and continue to come back. We usually stay for 7 months. We love the people that winter with us. Extremely clean, WiFi a little iffy. Beautiful sunrises across the bay. Park sustained a lot of damage, but winter Texans helped with the rebuild.
