Stayed three nights in this clean and orderly park. Staff very knowledgeable regarding Anasazi cultural site in the area and also have a nice collection of Indian art. An excellent spot to stage your adventure into the mountains or desert.

Stopped by on our way between Arches Natural Bridges and Mesa Verde National park. Only a few sites and in the open. Requested a 30amp site but was given a 50 amp site. Manager loaned us an adapter. Would recommend site if traveling through. Not much to do in the area but quite a few visitors had quads.

The absolute nicest owner you will ever find. Very helpful in telling us the places to go and see. RV Park is above average. Spent 3 nights here but had only planned on 1.

There is no shade here. The place is immaculate. Bathrooms are spotless and good sized. Laundry has two washers and two dryers, two bucks a load. They got our reservation wrong but found us room. Close to Mesa Verde National Park and Hovenweep.

| Perfect stop on the way to Arches National Park

Very clean campground with a perfect view on the sunset. Bathroom and laundry are very clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. The trees and lawn are growing so it will be even nicer in the future. We even to a detour on the way back for another night.

This is a very nice park! It has beautiful views of the mountains and plains. It is clean and quiet. The utilities were perfectly in line with my hook ups on my 29 foot RV. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Cons: Drive thru spaces can be pretty tight on the drivers side and the park is right off the highway, so you hear the traffic. I definitely recommend this park for a night or for several nights.

Hidden jewel of a place right in the middle of everything. Level sites, well kept and clean. Owners very knowledgeable of the area and helped us to find some beautiful rock art. Would definitely come back!

One night stop over. Arrived mid day to do laundry and rearrange our toy hauler, water, dump and electricity. $2.00 for washer $1.5 for dryer, they have 2 washing machines and 2 dryers...sadly only one dryer works at time of stay. They are making a ton of improvements here, a work in progress, looks like adding more spaces and a dog park area. Spaces are gravel/dirt mix, level and easy to access. Owners super nice and friendly. We paid $37.00 with our good sams membership for a Saturday night.

Called and made reservations 3 weeks in advance, shared we were looking for a site for a 41' motorhome with trailer, 65'. Arrive, checkin and then go to our site and there is no way we can fit in the site, it is maybe 45'. Walk back to the office and see a site we can fit in up on the hill, explain a 65' rig don't fit in a 45' site, the road will be blocked. We plan to stay 2 nights! Suggest we move to the bigger site on the hill, we will fit. Young lady in the office says no problem, you just have to pay more!!!!! Asked why we pay more, we were very clear on the size site we needed, they gave us the wrong site. No Budge. So rather than us stay in their 1/2 empty park for 2 nights, we left. Wasn't going to pay them extra for their mistake. Found another park we fit in.

We had reservations starting the 5th, due to a tire blowout i needed to call and tell them we would not make it in. Person at the desk was very understanding and changed reservation to starting on 6th. Campground has 3 entrances, one to office, one which is sharp incline into campground and one next to Open sign which provides best access to campground as points your rig toward the turn into camp sites. Campground has shorter back in sites next to highway than two levels of pull thrus, one level has grass, picnic tables, concrete walkway and large upright grill. Lower level is gravel with all above except no grass and than there is back in spaces at back of property. They also have tent area. The owners have been improving grounds, adding an off lease dog yard, and landscaping. There are various shade trees, in different stages of growth. Laundry room has 2 washers and dryers costing 2$ to wash and ~1.50 to dry also has large table for folding. I did not look into shower rooms but noted many campers using them.

Very nice park. Has all you could want for a site as well as a great view. Staff very helpful with tips for side trips. Staff went the extra mile for us when we needed help in getting one slide to go in. Highly recommend this park.

Nice little park with some really nice views. Staff was very helpful and grounds were well-kept. Nice store onsite too. Looks to be a great launch point for Jeepsters hitting the trails in the area.
