This is one of the nicest parks in the Albany area and the only one I would stay at again. It's large enough that there's plenty of room to get in and out and there are 2 laundry rooms at opposite sides of the park. The hot tub is shut down (water gone, surrounded by yellow tape) but the pool is usable. I would have given it 4 stars if not for this as we are parked right beside the building and it would have been easy access. We are out of season so this might be the reason but there are tons of folks still here. The office also opens and closes at what appears to be fairly random times so be sure to plan ahead if you need something.
My wife and I stayed here for about a month and were pleased with it. Paved, level sites with full hook ups and cable. WiFi was included but signal was sketchy most of the time. Showers and bathrooms were always clean and laundry rooms were convenient. Half the park was full timers but most units were newer models in good repair. Only con was the WiFi signal.
We will stay again...but hope money will be spent on fixing the spa, the pool, and the cable. It was nice and quiet. Many live In people with nicely kept spaces.Nice close in location. Spaces are a little tight to hang outside...not much room with tip outs extended. We will be back.
Very nice park. Offers military discount at the good Sam discount rate of 10%. Can make reservations. Nice big lot next to park to walk dogs. Staff very friendly. Gave us a free bag of popcorn and dog biscuits upon check in. Clean and well run. Long term residents have well kept spots...no junky looking trailers. Will stay again if in the area without hesitation.
The park is very clean and well run. The RV sights are a little small and the wifi is very spotty but we would definitely stay here again.
We’ve stayed at Blue Ox many times. It’s always clean and well maintained and the price is reasonable. They have improved the free WiFi so it is stronger and the pool is up and running. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I came in late. They where very nice and helpful. The park was nice and quiet. Pet friendly. Would stay again.
While there are regulars here, this is one of the nicest, cleanest RV parks we've ever been to. However, if you are a nature lover, there is not a lot of Green. So cement and gravel with some nice shrubbery and landscaping in between. We just over nighted, but would, and may come back to stay longer. They have a year round heated indoor pool, a workout room, Rec Hall and friendly people. The facilities are clean and the staff is pleasant.
We only stayed over night, but we're very impressed with this Park. Lots of gravel and concrete, so if you're looking for a natural site, this isn't it. But very clean. Lots of regulars, but everyone was polite and friendly. Indore pool and exercise room and rec room.
We planned to stay one night but it turned out that the place was so nice that we decided to stay two weeks. We are thinking of wintering there next winter.
