Easy pull thru, good water pressure, level site and gravel. No extras in this park and not much to do in this town. I felt $40 dollars per night is pretty high. You are close to a railroad switching yard but it was quiet in the park. We only had a digital antenna and we got no channels. We had a mobil hotspot and that worked well (Verizon is our carrier). Would stay again it was close to our family members.
