Better then expected. Bathroom and showers very clean and had new paint smell. Only thing bad was the wifi.

Parking lot placement. No views But for 25.00 for electric, sewer and water better than nothing. Quiet in back of their motel. Great wifi, clean bathrooms, doing laundry now. 3.00 for washer, .25 for dryer 10 minutes.

Water and 30 amp electric but no sewer in pull thru spaces. No WiFi except in office or motel. Sites are very close together with no room to put out awning.
