Absolutely the best park in the Keys. The staff are excellent and can can direct even the most inexperienced driver into a back in spot. The place is amazing!

What a great RV SITE in the keys. The best there is. So worth the cost. Completely private lots. Had our own tiki hut and dock. Couldn't see RV inside next to us. Staff was excellent. Enjoyed the pool, horseshoes and bike riding. Great location. Only 10 miles from ken west and 10 miles from summer land key for boat rentals. Will return

Beautiful

A little pricey, but you do get what you pay for. Wifi actually worked, the park was clean and well maintained, peaceful and beautiful. We stayed on the Bay side over the memorial day weekend, very fortunate to get the reservation at the last minute. We caught lots of fish right from the comfort of our own private boat dock. Can't wait to return. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

Denne campingplads er uden sammenligning den bedste vi har oplevet på vores 3 ugers roadtrip.
Kan klart anbefale den, alt er utroligt smukt, faciliteterne er i top. Beliggenheden findes måske ikke bedre.
Egen Palme hytte på hver plads med bord, "bar" vask osv.

THE BEST RV RESORT IN THE KEYS!

Absolutely the only place you will want to stay while in the Key West area. There are no parks directly in Key West and none of this quality in the Keys. Pricing here is around the same daily fee as the other resorts, but a whole lot more amenities! BE AWARE: There are two rental companies for this park. Each site is individually owned and most are rented part or all of the year. The .com rental group has the largest amount of rentals available and also manages the common areas along with an onsite office. The .net rental person has a small amount of sites for rent and does not have an onsite office. Both have comparable pricing, so use this info to your advantage!
Very nice pool (heater and chiller), each site is individually landscaped, most have Tiki Huts, many have outdoor kitchens.
Be sure to dine at Mangrove Mamas, which is at MM25 - yummy fish tacos, excellent fish sandwich, and awesome atmosphere.

It's been a few years since we've stayed here but it was memorable. It's a beautiful campground with concrete pads/patios either on the sound, canal or near the pool. Privately owned sites available for rent. We would return.

Close to Key West at mm CON: Pricey! Lots of mosquitos at night, specifically the grassy dog walk area. Stayed on site #108. Approx $1200 for a ten day stay. Great site, tiki hut including outdoor furniture, boat dock, summer kitchen and a suspended large flat screen TV hanging within the tiki hut. Sale price for said lot was $600,000.00. Enough said.

We stayed at this park on a Tropical Bay Premium lot. The staff is extremely friendly, the park is gated and very well kept. All lots are owned by private owners and some choose to rent their lots when they are not in residence. The lots are very large by Key West Standards and due to lush vegetation their is a large degree of privacy. We rayed it at 4 stars due to WiFi reception, overall pricing, and bathrooms and showers are just ok. With the park being private and a luxury park we would have expected the bathrooms to be nicer.

Friendly staff and well prepared for our arrival. Escorted to site. Stayed on site#53, waterfront, for four nights. Amazing accommodations. Each site has its own unique set up of high end accommodations: private dock, lounge areas, TV, refrigerator, etc. Swimming off the dock was wonderful and the views are amazing. Even on hot days, you get a cool breeze off the water. A definite place to visit for high end relaxation.
