The wife and I drove thru just to check the place out. There is half the park that has cement pads and full hook ups but it is for fulltime living at the park. The weekend user gets dirty pads and partial hook ups. There is no sewer hookup but there is 2 dump stations. My family does not understand RV water consumption yet, so this is a pass. Flyer we got said $30 a night for 2 people with a family of 5 people it would end up being $45 a night. I guess from the management, creek is 5 minute hike away and a waterfall is 30minutes away. Seen the place on a slow weekend, but just seems to be more low end and lots of live in.
