Very nice small spot with a mix of 10 RV pull through and quaint log sleeping cabins. Breakfast and dinner restaurant onsite. Nice bath houses and laundry if needed. Boulder creek runs through resort and you can fly fish. Owners are wonderful
Pleasant and hardworking owners. 10 pull through sites with hookups; 10 sleeper cabins and tent area. There was a large family reunion going on when we arrived and everyone was having a great time. Fishing stream access through the lodge. Great breakfasts and dinners available. This is our 3rd year staying here.
Made a reservation and read every word of the cancellation policy before doing so. The day after I made the reservation (and well within the stipulations of the cancellation policy) it became necessary to to do a cancellation. When I called them I was informed at the last minute there would be a $10 fee to refund the deposit to my credit card. Their cancellation policy and website doesn t say anything about the fee and it is highway robbery. I don t think I will be inclined to stay at this place in the future.
As follow on to my previous review I gave input to the owners of Boulder Creek on the situation I encountered. They were very responsive and indicated they will revise the policy and website to reflect the fee so it isn t a surprise. Based on their actions I am giving them five stars to return them to their previous score. Not a lot of places would respond the way they did.
