Reviews for Branch Brook Campground

| Convenient late/early season stop

But you don't get much for your money. Very expensive and everything you need (cable, wifi etc) costs extra.

Badly in need of TLC, but folks were very nice & fellow campers as well. We stayed overnight as a stop over passing through on 84 - only 10 minutes off the interstate. Definitely over priced - was 48. Which included 3. For air conditioning. Note: tight turn on entrance. We stayed here in a 35ft motorhome towing.

We stayed here as we passed through on 84. Didn't even set up. Grounds run down but level site. We stayed in our Class A motorhome 37 ft. with tow.

| Owner working on upgrades, the staff is amazing!

We found Branch Brook Campground when our truck broke down on I-84. Sherry, in the office, graciously found us a spot for a night or two while our truck was being fixed. When the days stretched into a couple of weeks the manager, Jody, was wonderful at accommodating us since we couldn't move sites. We talked with the owner one night and he told us about the upgrades he is planning: paved roads and lighting. Other campers told us the place has been upgraded since last year. As far as expense: we had a level site, the best laundry machines I've ever used and by far the cheapest, the most excellent Mexican food across the street, and for less than I've paid elsewhere.

Very nice. New owners have been doing many upgrades.

We stayed 4 days over the 2019 Memorial weekend and had a good camping trip. The pool was open (thankfully, because it was warm outside, not the pool) and the showers and laundry are new and very clean. WIFI is unbelievably slow: click 'receive' and come back later to view your email. Mobile 4G is faster however, the 50amp service is available and the fresh water pressure is terrific and very clean. No sulfur or other foul oders and the black water pipe was clean. In fact, this camp ground is very clean. Good sized area for kids to play, no equipment but a nice sized covered pavilion area. I do wish they would fence in a large area ( if they have the land) for an 'off the leash' dog area complete with a water tap. One big caveat: do not let your dog into the park side brook as it is loaded with big hunks of broken glass as one poor camper found out after spending $500 at a local vet to sew a paw.

Crappy campground. 50 amp doesn t work. Low voltage. Cut off everything but one air conditioner. Still kept cutting off. Dirt pads were awful. Lots of full timers.
