Very secluded 16 miles out in the country takes 25 minutes to get to town. The office was very small, no store or supplies and there was a bad odor. The clubhouse was an old mobile home that had been gutted one big room it was being used for storage, it also had bad odor, the outside was in disrepair and nasty, two tables and chairs. There was a new tv, the place had no cable or dish. In the clubhouse the TV got CBS half the time and ABC a third of the time. I got zero TV as did many others. We were close to the office wifi was good. There were 35 gallon plastic containers around the campsites for garbage many were full and stunk, were not emptied the 4 days we were there. Laundry/bathhouse was old and in disrepair also. Day 4 finally saw someone go down to clean laundry/bathhouse.
I did not stay here, but toured it and talked to owners in mid-2017. Did so as part of a day of touring RV parks in this area as planning for a future extended stay. I can confirm everything the prior reviewer wrote about the age and disrepair. Chose NOT to stay here.
