Very nice friendly park, new owners have done a number of upgrades clean and well maintained. Pricing is one of the better values

Very nice and Clean place. Lot of amenities water, Power, Sewer, Club Houes with Pool and Showers. Only down side is it right next to the freeway other then that it was very nice.

I have stayed here several times but no more. In 3 years the price has doubled. It is so not a $ 53 a nite RV Park. The sites are grass very tight some sites back up to I75. Next years price for Jan 2020 I was told would be $ 725+ E for Pull-thru. We paid $ 385 +E 3 3 years ago. This year the price was $ 549 +E . Very few improvements have been done other add more sites?
