Cons : 95 percent full time residents. Told them when we reserved that we had a 36 foot MH. Site they gave us was barely big enough for a pop up and very un-level. Thank god someone else could not fit in their site and left so we switched to their site which was just large enough for us to squeeze in. Lady in office told the wife they can't stand when the " transients" show up on the weekends, didn't make us feel very welcome. Pros: cable was decent, they had several descents bands playing over the weekend and they had two small restaurants that ok with fair prices. Doubt we would return
The last time I looked at a map this complex, I was trying to figure out the NYC subway system. This place is huge; I can't imagine the traffic. Not for the serene traveler.
