Reviews for Brierfield Ironworks Historical State Park

| One of my favorite campgrounds!

I love this campground due to its small size and it s peacefulness. There is also a creek that runs behind most of the sites. The facilities are clean and the staff & camp hosts are very friendly. The only downside is there is hardly any cell service. We have stayed here several times when my husband works in Montevallow. The camp host will watch our site & notifiy us if he sees anything suspicious (which was just me with a flashlight one night). I feel very safe here & will defiantly stay again!

We stay for 1 night on our way from Tennessee to the coast. We were the only camper. Mainly small back ins, couple of good size, 3 pull throughs. All gravel sites. Some along a creek. We have a 36ft 5th wheel and fit no problem. Interesting old buildings around. Got to be the oldest, but coolest play ground we've come across, all stuff made from metal. Kids had a blast!

we stayed here for a weekend and we loved the area. The camp hosts arew very friendly, and the area was very quiet and set back off the main road.
