| Nice park

By user-4835711... on 2017-10-23.

Nice park with mature trees. Mostly dirt spots but relatively level. Internet works great. Was $500 for a month. They have a hot tub too but it is closed at 8. Bath houses are clean and big showers. Laundry on site is affordable. Overall a great place in cozy woodland park. Nice residents, lots long term. They also have cabins. I'm a heavy sleeper but nearby road may irritate some.

| Adequate

Mostly level spaces, means I had to use a block or 2. "Roads" are same Colorado red soil as the spaces, difficult to find where the road goes, with deep gullies where rain has eroded the surface. Spaces crowded, numbers up on a nearby tree. Restroom adequate, however shower divider was 1x4 boards and shrinkage left spaces. Bathhouse closed MWF 9am to noon for cleaning. Does this mean they only clean 3 days a week? On the whole left with the impression that upkeep is getting ahead of the staff. Lots of long term residents with multiple vehicles.

This park is mostly long term RVers with weathered in campers. The road is loud. The WiFi does not support mobile devices so have a good data plan if you plan on staying here and using your phone for internet. The pet area is right next to the loud road with no fence or any protection so by sure to hang on tight. Other than the wifi, the amenities are satisfactory.
