Just outside of Custer. Large pull thru's for my 40' motor home + toad. Clean bathrooms, all hookups, fairly level gravel sites. Lots of horses and nice grass for the dogs. No shade but really didn't need it. I would stay again.

What a great campground! So glad we found this gem. Many campers with horses as this is a horse park but a few of us here just for the view and the peaceful setting in the country. Fun to watch the horses and their owners. Only about 10 min to Custer SD and from there a short ride to Crazy Horse and Mt Rushmore monuments. Showers and restrooms are the nicest we have seen in 7,000 miles. Western theme, very clean, very nice. Owners are very nice and friendly. Wish we could stay longer!

| Nice campground. But if WIFI is offered, upgrade it.

Mostly caters to horse aficionados. Has an interesting western appeal with chuck wagons and carved statues all about. Friendly staff. Large pull through sites. Quiet location four miles out of town is a plus. Although WIFI is available, it may as well not be. The signal was strong on my laptop, but there was still no internet connection. However, I would still stay here again.

Loved it here! We stayed in a 40' fifth wheel. Plenty of space between sites. We had lots of pine trees on both sides. Very clean park and friendly workers. Grassy areas for Pups. They were very curious about the horses. Wonderful camp and can't wait to come back and stay longer.

Camping in mid-to-late September poses some challenges in the area, so we were very grateful to be able to spend 5 consecutive nights in one campground. The setting is lovely, peaceful and quiet with no road noise-- just an occasional whinny or brae from the stables. Sites fairly level though many are on a grade. Hubby liked the showers and I appreciated good water pressure in the privacy of our rig.

Enjoyed the time we stayed here. The campground is very well kept with great views. Didn t notice any fly problems being a horse camp. The owners are some the nicest people who we have met and were very helpful. After looking at RV parks in the ares this would be the only park I would stay at. Very glad we picked this park.
