Reviews for Brush Creek Park (COE)

I have yet to see this park marked on a map correctly, it is right below the dam on the north side of the river. We have stayed here many times, in a motor home in the fall. Sites are level and well separated. The outer ring has electric. These sites have water in the summer, but it is shut off in late fall. There is a dump station. Nice quite place to stay except when the dam warning goes off (about once a day). The sign says max stay 14 days but there are some campers that appear permanent.

The campground is just below a damn on the Arkansas River. It's flat with some trees. The sights are level, great water pressure and 50amp, plenty long, backins, not very close together. The bathrooms are out of order. The rate is half off in the off season which is November 1 through March 31. With our Golden Age pass we paid 5.00 per day. First come, first served. We're here visiting friends, so it works perfectly for us. We'll stay here again.
