We stayed 4 nights. Was perfect location for visiting both Bryce and Zion parks, about in the middle between the two. The restroom shower area is in need of updating but over all served the purpose. There is grass in between all the sights and some trees. Main drawback is some of the sewer hookups are in your neighbor's area. All sights had a fire pit and picnic table. The pool was closed due to stormy weather and we didn't eat at the inside cafe. Very laid back place. I would stay again.
We stayed 5 nights had full hook up pull through very helpful staff. No store to speak of but not far from downtown Glendale. We enjoyed our stay. Located between Zion,30miles, and Bryce 40 mi., not.. far, from cedar break or Grand Canyon north rim. As a base camp it worked out well for us. I would suggest you supply up before arriving. No big stores around.
We were in a 30' TT and put in the upper area. The spot we were given was not very level at all and with the rise to the road made it almost to where I could not unhitch. Setting up a few chairs in our area was also difficult as there was no where level on the site so at least one chair foot was off the ground. The bathrooms/showers were clean and overall, is a pleasant area to be in. It is very peaceful and generally quiet. Verizon cell signal is very weak and there is no over-the-air TV reception and no cable hook-us. Overall, not a bad place but the sites, at least where we were, are in desperate need of some maintenance to level them out. If you go here, demand a spot in the lower lot area.
