We were on site #3 for 2 nights and were moved to #1 for one night. Backed up to mountain wall, close to showers/bath. Very large fenced in dog park. Plenty of grassed walking areas. As weather warmed, increase in noisy boats on water along with water skiers and skidoos. Store closed in "winter" months. The staff and volunteers were very cordial and knowledgable about the area. Very clean park. Don't go for the cell or Wifi service......minimally existent, but welcome quiet.

Nice State Park

Pretty nice park. We were able to get a great spot with plenty of shade. Showers were adequate if showing their age a bit. Has a store/restaurant/bar if you need to stock up.
We were there during spring break so a little noisy, but nothing really annoying. Be sure to avail yourself of the hiking trails. Pretty easy to moderate and provide great views up and down the Colorado River.

Right on the Colorado river. Friendly staff. Tite sites but lots of hiking, boating activities. Showers clean and private. Ice cream social on Friday at 4. Resturant and store was closed in February although park was full.

Nice park. Free WiFi near the store.
The shower building is cold and the water was luke warm.
Staff driving to Ranger house before 7 am at way over 5 mph speed limit!

This is one of our all time favorites. Clean, lots of shade, easy pull-throughs, great views, close to Parker, Desert Bar, Golfing, Water sports.

Recycling would be nice. Also beware of possible bad smell coming from water treatment facility near the front.

This is a very nice and quiet RV park by the Colorado River. Spent two days with friends and we all enjoyed our stay. Water and electric on site $40 a day or $35 for dry camping in designated places by the water.
I think everyone here had at least 1 dog and some had 3, so a bit noisy at times when they start barking.
But overall worth staying here. We

We dry camped here($35 per night) because no hookup sites available. We got a spot right on the river. Beautiful location. We thought it was the nicest of the three State parks in the Parker area.

By user-4638563... on 2019-08-09.
Beautiful location. Loved the campsites, restroom facilities, all the grassy areas, fenced dog exercise area. Wifi was not available at the sites we stayed in (#14 was best signal) but we were directed to covered group area and it was always good there. The staff and volunteers were first class.
