| Ok if you don't need internet

They claim to offer free internet but it is almost useless. Second time here. Won't return. Too bad since the location is nice.

was here for a while loved the location and monthly rental but their electric was goofy. very old poles very hot water, constantly breaking water lines. manager is an a&*H%#@ constantly on the prowl looking you over all the time trying to find you doing something wrong so he can give you write ups I have personally seen him chase away people because of how he treats people. If you love gossip and rude manager and feel like you are always watched then this is the place for you. I tried to make it work but it didn't because of the lasy manager making the office ladies do everything. so now I am a much better park.

| A fine place and inexpensive

The wifi is week but showers are good, Verizon is strong, shower hot and sites gravel not dirt. Sites are small and packed together but for $28.80 full hookups we enjoyed it very much.

| The Worst Manager Ever

The park manager is a pure tyrant. No rules or regulations are posted. If you set up something or do something he doesn't like, he'll write you up and ask you to leave. I personally know 4 other rv'ers that have left there for similar run-ins with Butch. In addition, they basically charge you a $20 electrical surcharge each month just to read your meter. I called the company office to complain and the girl there said, "If you don't like it there, just leave."
