Called to ask if we could make a reservation and told our 2017 32ft class A was not allowed because it was too short.
First this is a nice resort with nice big pads and nice green space between the sites. There is a nice outside pool - great for kids and great access to Gulf State Park for bike trails. The attendant was great - thanks Charlotte for the info. What we did not like was - We thought since it was across from the beach we would be able to walk across to go there , unfortunately you cannot. You either have to walk about 1/4 mile down to public access or drive to the public park ( they did provide a parking pass) to get to the beach. It was inconvenient. I would also suggest staying in the back - you are on a main road. We were in 91 - it was great.
The RV resort is very nice. Large pads with great heads areas. This park is beautifully maintain. Camp Host Richard and Judy are very accommodating. Great lazy river and water slide. All around it's just a beautiful place to stay.
It s a very nice resort with huge lots with pavers, all lots are unique and have different amenities. We only had a tiki hut but I saw spots with everything from a wet bar to a house on the lot. We really enjoyed the lazy river and the upstairs lounge, they also have an indoor pool. Getting to the beach is a real pain but the lazy river was all we needed, it s a very nice place.
