We stayed there during the Bike week. The place is average.

Close to Flagler Beach and the pool is really nice, that's the positive. Roads are terrible, speed bumps rock a truck unmercifully even at crawl speeds. Side roads are unpaved and dusty. Office staff is cordial but not accommodating. Wifi may as well not exist. We were in plain sight of the Activity Center but could not use it even tho the signal was strong. Camplink advised we had to be within 300 feet in order to access. Really? Another access point, closer yet to us, was not accessible either. Camplink advised there was an electrical problem there and they have been unable to get an electrician to address it. Cable TV us awful even with the cable box supplied free by the office. Only took us two cable boxes to get very few channels. Hookups at all sites weren't working and the maintenance crew was placing eyes in the water outlets to connect RVs from adjacent sites. Needless to say the water pressure sucked. The backside where permanent residents are was a slum.

This is our favorite park in our trips north and south. It's beautiful! Pads are big enough, and there's a bar. They had a rule about no dog pens, but we set up our xpen and no one said anything. We never found the dog park. It it's a nice place.

We are here as Thousand Trail members. Pool and laundry room iare nice. Activity center closed all day until the bar opens. Smoking allowed in bar. Even the adult room and library is closed until the bar opens. Roads are bad. It is nicely located within a sbort drive to beach and shopping.

So bad it's funny. About half the place is 1970s trailers with osb and tarp additions. They give you a 3 page list of rules when you check in, but clearly none of them are enforced. No cable because people stole the cable boxes. They do have a WiFi hotspot, but it's not connected to the internet. Dump station is a barn door style hinge over an otherwise open sewer pipe. I thought Encore resorts were supposed to be nice.

They have WiFi you have to pay for, $15 for a week. It is spotty but with a little patience it worked for us. They have free cable but you need a very, VERY long cord to reach the box AND you need a box inside. Within an hour it worked enough for us, but it was a hassle. It was Memorial Day weekend but they still had sites open. Park is very pretty with lots of old Oak trees. They have a great pool if you can find a spot free water! But now the not so good: most of the sites are buddy sites, we don't like the setup because you are looking at your neighbor all the time and we have seen people making huge campfires in front of people they don't even now. We were lucky and had quiet and lovely people but we enjoy our privacy. In the back of the park there are a lot of long stayers. It looks dumpy, with very old rv's who will never hit the road again, they drive way to fast through the park with very old loud trucks and motorbikes, they probably don't mind there are a lot of children playing and biking. Speed limit is 15 ml ph. way to fast. They have to do something about it to be a real Encore Resort.... It looked like they drove the park loudly on purpose. Despite of this half of the park is still with people enjoying rv'ing. we will be back but we will ask for specific sites or it is a NO GO.
