| Nice park

By user-5958324... on 2017-10-23.

Nice park w a limited amount of spots, making it quaint and peaceful. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it fully. Bath house could use some updating- hence the 4 stars. I'll use this as a getaway again.

| Small and beautiful site.

The site has 30 amp and 50 amp, water, dump station. The bathrooms were actually very clean. The site is small but good if you want that sort of privacy. The lady that made sure we got settled into our spot was very nice. The area is older, but very well maintained. Not sure how it it would accommodate really big campers, say 35 plus feet. They do have one drive thru. Again, everything is very very nice, friendly, quiet, and peaceful. Only con is the crazy amount of mosquitoes, but I know that's not the places fault. Mother nature will do what she wants. Highly suggest it for people wanting smaller quiet places. Other families with kids and dogs. I'm 30 and my wife and I took 2 of our dogs with us. Worth checking out! Again have stuff to ward off mosquitoes. Pics 3,4,5, are mine!

| Small & Tight

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.

Small campground with tight spaces. We're a 32' Class A and the spot we had reserved took a good bit of maneuvering to get into. The spaces are hodgepodge and close together. Had a good view of the lake and it has a pretty trail to a beach and picnic area. Had 2 stray dogs roaming the campsites every day that kept interfering with our dogs and everyone else's as well. Told the Camp Host on the first day and he assured us he would take care of it, but the dogs continued to pester everyone for the remainder of our stay (4 days.) They have laundry facilities as in 1 washer and 1 dryer on the backside of the Bath House which we utilized for a set of towels. We're thinking this is an older CORE Park as the ones we've been to in other states are larger, roomier, and laid out better.
