I gave this park 3 stars because of the following: Positive - great price $80 for 1 week, nice size spots w/water/elec, 10 minutes to downtown Little Rock. Negative - to many permanent RV residents who have accumulated to much junk. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. No satellite coverage due to trees in southern exposure.
We just needed a place for overnight, friendly staff!! Clean bathroom and not too bad on leveling up, site had a ditch on both sides of site lot but hubby put it right in there. Easy off I40. Loved it ! Would stay there again!!
Difficult maneuvering and backing into slots. Be ready to do some serious levelling work if you plan to stay more than 1 night. Go somewhere else. We will from now on.
Nice park. Very quiet. Most sites have W/E. Sewer hooks ups at some. WIFI very slow!
Fine. Wish they had laundry. Lots of things to do around!
Love this park! Crazy close to I-40 yet quiet, clean and beautiful. Host Keith was friendy and helpful Big, level site with trails literally walking distance. Saw beautiful spring daffodils and Bird's foot violets on my am hike and no ppl, my pups and I were in heaven! Could conceivably be tricky to maneuver a large MH thru campground but for our van and RPod trailer was easy. Wish we could have stayed longer!!
This was a decent overnight park that is nicely wooded. Most sites are on concrete and level. It is more of a city regional park but still nice. I think at 30 dollars for water and electric it should have been lower like 20. The bathrooms were clean and maybe needed a little updating but still okay. Very close to I-40 which made this nice.
