Love staying here. Always clean and very helpful staff. Associated with Kiepersol Winery and Distillery, which is great to visit as well. Tyler moving this way so new shopping and eating spots on this end of town.

We had a few days to do a short trip and enjoy the 5th wheel. We found this RV park on the app and decided to try it out. Very clean park with really nice people. Excellent parking areas with either 30 or 50 amp service. Mostly pull through lots. Very nice.

Stayed one night on way home 7/11/16. Immaculate place, clean. Pads are concrete "rails" vs full pads. Some are not quite level. Noticed some big rigs with auto levelers had resr wheels off ground slightly. All 50 amp, full hookups. No CATV. Over 15 OTA TV channels wifi spotty. Covered pool, hot tub. Shower suites. Private fishing lake. BBQ pavilions.

Well maintained. Friendly staff. Grass cut and trimmed. Price was $30 per night and can get extended stay. Stayed 4-4-16.

We have stayed at Bushman's a couple of times when we're visiting the Tyler, TX area. I have found it to be one of the cleanest and best-maintained RV parks I've ever stayed at. It is far enough outside Tyler that you feel like you're in the country (there were cows grazing just outside the RV park fence), yet it's only about a 20 minute drive into Tyler. There is a nice indoor pool which my kids enjoyed. Probably my only complaint is that they only allow one vehicle with each RV, so if you're towing a 5th wheel or have a tow vehicle, that will be all your allowed to have. Any visitors will have to park out front and walk through the park to get to your site. For a small fee (I believe $5/day) you can park an additional vehicle. To be fair, I guess part of the reason the park looks so clean is that there aren't a lot of extra vehicles around to clutter things up. I stayed in a 45' motorhome and found that the site had plenty of space and all the hookups (including 50 amp power) were excellent. Overall, I thought the service was friendly and the park is very nice, so I recommend it. I will stay there any time I'm in that area.

Very nice park. Close to the best of Tyler. Great showers and meeting facility. Close to US 69 but hiway noise was not a bother. Great park!

Very nice, clean park. Friendly staff. Showers and laundry were very clean. Only complaint would be that the sites are very close.
