| Beautiful, huge operation

By user-5278659... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2016-12-11 to 2016-12-12

Stayed here for one night, evening arrival, early departure. HUGE place. Kind of far to the showers placed at the corners of the property. Very clean sites.

| Too much togetherness

By user-5781569... on 2017-10-23.

Nice cmpgrd, large camper pkg lot with pools in the middle. Has many amenities. Don't snore too loud, you will keep your neighbors up at nite. Overcrowded with campsites. Constant loud music from all the cart owners riding thru the park from early morn until late at night. We go once a yr.

Very nice campground. I can't believe no one mentioned the 24/7 highway noise from I 10. My bad for not realizing that. By the way the road is N Barn Rd instead of Par Rd for your GPS.

| WOW

What else can we say. So many fun things to do and so little time. Swim up bar. Mini golf and even more for kids to do. Well rounded Resort with activities for any age. We can't wait to return.

| Great place..

By user-5836750... on 2017-10-23.

I've read several negative reviews online about Cajun Palms, however my family LOVES this place. It has something for every age group, small kids, teenagers, young adults and older couples. My family makes two trips a year, one with kids and one just an adult trip. We have a blast and will continue to patron. Owner is always on grounds and strives to make everybody's experience a fun time. Staff is helpful and active security (off duty police officers) at night patrolling.

| Great Family Park

Cajun Palms has just about everything you can want, especially if family camping. We were there off season, so many things were closed. If you could hit it after things open but before this huge park gets crowded, I'm sure it will be amazing. The only real negative is there is extremely limited WiFi inside the park (a couple of buildings), and if you want more, you have to pay for it. However, there are enough things to keep you busy outside if warm enough for activities to be going on. We paid just a bit over $70 with GS discount for two nights.

| Very nice with many sites

By user-5842018... on 2017-10-23.

Park is located less than a mile north of I-10 with several gas/diesel stations right at off ramp, so you can fuel up too. It's approximately 9 years old and has concrete pads with many pull throughs for easy access. Unique layout with many amenities, however; wifi is an additional charge. Perfect fit for us just traveling through area.

| One of the best RV Parks in Louisiana

By user-5775851... on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2014-09-01 to 2014-09-03

This park one of the best RV Parks in the United States. Concrete streets, Concrete pads with grassy areas and amenities like a Water Park, Kiddy pool, Adult pool with swim up bar. Two restaurants and a few bars. The check-in is a bit elaborate and the necessary wrist bands are a pain. But once at your site, it is just about perfect. Site spacing is pretty good too. We could have stayed here for a week. Right outside the park is Crawfish Town, a great place to experience Cajun food and you can walk there or call and be picked up in a golfcart.

| Party park

We stayed here in a MH, towing. The park is large, paved roads and sites, the only thing that is a negative, in my mind are the weekend parties, however having said that the park gets quiet at 10 PM and stays that way until after 8 AM. We were there Mardi Gras season and I understand the parties, I was just surprised by the number of golf carts driving around drinking and playing music every weekend, particularly with the park charging $10 a day for the privilege of driving your golf cart. There is lots for the kids to do, a LARGE swimming pool open during the warmer months and as others have mentioned, Crawfish Town is right next door and has good food. Having said all that, I would stay here again.

Very nicely laid out campground with level sites, nice distance between vehicles, beautiful pool area, clean bathrooms and laundry facility, and a great restaurant next door that will pick you up from your RV. We will definitely stay here again.

| Decent place but WAY overpriced!

By user-5438734... on 2017-10-23.

The ad says $32-40 but the real price was $50!!! Internet is extra to the tune of $5 more per day. You can rent a decent motel for that price. I asked the cashier why the price was so much higher and they said that's only in November. Price aside, it is as spacious as others have mentioned and has everything you would want from a campground. Would I stay here again? No.

| Very nice place

We stayed here on a 30' travel trailer in winter. Very nice sites spacious and flat. LOTS of amenities. Borders a fantastic crawfish/seafood place that will pick you up and take you back to your site. Bath/shower rooms were best we've seen.

| Crowded, loud, kids running wild, drunks, golf carts

By user-5313483... on 2019-08-09.

Crowded park. Music BLASTING in pool area. RVs, cars, golf carts driving wrong way on one way roads. Open consumption of alcohol EVERYWHERE. Vehicles parked protruding into narrow roads. If you want to booze it up while your kids run wild, and consume alcohol while cruising your golf cart for hours, then you will love it

PROs: Plenty of things to do at this Rv Resort. The resort actually had sponsored activities that all of the family could enjoy. Pools were very clean and facility was extremely well taken care of. Indoor Gaming facility was close enough that you could drive a Golf Cart to it and the Dinosaur Park. CONs: There were adults around the pool area that were stumbling from too much enjoyment. Some nights the party seemed to go on for hours in campsites close to ours. Ensure you watch your tab. Wrist bands are numbered and charges at the bar can be made, when we checked out we had extra fraudulent charges to our account. Overall: The management was excellent and the staff was outstanding. Sites are plenty big enough as we have a 42FT 5th wheel. Defiantly recommend this park.
