Each year we come to Washington GA and we love to stay at Callaway Plantation . The sites are level. They have beautiful woods and you can visit the past as you explore the historic plantation. Everyone is very friendly and it feel like going home to visit family. Jean is the best onsite host. I would recommend you visit the town of Washington GA with its beautiful town square and historic homes and mansions.
Very nice friendly campground roads are a little narrow but we had no problem with our 35 foot travel trailer . Full hook ups all worked fine . Lot of history at the plantation. We would stay again. $25 A night is better rate then most State parks. No cable tv but the WiFi was great. And we got about 25 channels on the antenna.
