| Very Good Campground, Needs Updating

About half of the sites are seasonal but all seasonal sites are RVs, not mobile homes. The rest are short stay. We love this area of Maine and stayed here for 3 weeks after staying a week at Megunticook. Very wooded sites and ours was very level. A great pool, very big and very clean. The staff here was super friendly and helpful and they have a small camp store with ice, firewood and a few camping essentials. The name has changed since it changed hands 2 years ago, and it's definitely NOT a resort but a wooded campground with no activities and few amenities, but this is what we like in a campground. Lots of trees and very quiet, close to lots of activities. All sites have a fire ring and picnic table. The showers are free and very clean but the bathrooms need an update. No doors on the showers, but double curtains and a dressing area. The laundry room has 3 each washers and dryers. There's a clubhouse with a ping pong table. WiFi is good but not free and there is only cable for seasonal sites. We'd definitely come here again.
