I spoke to John today at the park and he was very helpful I hope the park is half as nice as he is!
Good size spots but muddy when wet. Showers are free but no temp control. Lovely area. Poor wifi and $49 a night for electric and water. Most expensive state park we have been to.
Camden is one of the nicest towns in Maine and this is very close to everything. The sites are small and if you have a large rig you’ll be limited. Make sure you take the drive up Mount Battie, the View is great. While you’re in the area stop at the Mariner restaurant for breakfast and drive a half hour Southeast to the famous Claws lobster shack for the best lobster roll on the planet.
