Great stopping point to tour the area. The sites were roomy and very friendly permanent residents. I just question their willingness to provide paid or free access to wifi. It seems it is available but "not working " according to the staff.
Unfortunately Camp Timber Lake isn't all they claim. Sites are very bare the picnic table was so rotted I was afraid it would collapse. The advertised WIFI turnd out to be nonexistent. Wouldn't stay here again.
There aren't many RV parks in the area and this one meets most needs. There are several sections of the park and we stayed in two of them over two weekends. In the first we had full hookups which were good. The second had electric only and it was a weak 20amp only. I was thankful for my Surge Guard EMS which clamped a couple times. The park gets busy - especially over Memorial weekend. Lots of campfires. Many long term residents and family gatherings. The WiFi was not detected. Cell service was OK with a booster but could not sustain much without it. There is a (rather spendy) zip line/high ropes course at this park. It looked pretty interesting but we had other activities going and didn't take advantage. There was swimming, boating, and fishing available also. We would consider this again as we have family in the area, but will also look for alternatives which are closer. There just aren't many.
