Pros: The woman in the office was great. You ARE in Havasu. Has a pool, but cold. Sitting on the bench by the dog park gives a great view of the lake. Takes passport America. Cons: cramped. We couldn't open slides on both sides. We might have been able to jostle around to get all sides open. LOT of full-time/perm people. And Drama going on around us. We had trouble getting into our spot because one neighbor parked her golf cart in the spot and the other neighbor had parked the truck extremely close. We told the lady in the office and she came out and got it sorted. Not a park I'd recommend. But we were able to get in for a day or 2 and had no other issues.

After reading the reviews I was a little leery about staying here. I tried to get in the state park but it was full so I took a chance and I'm glad that I did. Yes if you want Wi-Fi at your site it is 250 a day but it is free in the office which is very large with a pool table several tables a couple lounge chairs very nice. There are several full-time units in the park but they are very neat and did not seem to be a problem at all. The sites were not huge but there was adequate room for our 32 foot motorhome. There was also a picnic table that went along with every site and there was stone everywhere instead of dirt and gravel. Everyone we met and talk to including office personnel were very nice and the place was spotless. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

A nice RV place behind the gas station and very close to the state park. No Lake access but they had a pretty nice laundry room and the pool was clean. The sites here were paved with gravel all around and were very very close together.

Horrible!! Do not use this place-they can’t use a computer properly —booked me for the wrong weekend after I had a confirmation email-then were full and couldn’t help us when we go there after driving 2 hours -no wonder it only has 2 stars on this site
