If you are in the Brooksville area and need to find a super park this is definitely the place. Super staff, clean grounds, Excellent Cable TV and internet. If you travel using Passport America, $17.50 per night for a max of 7 nights. Excellent, Just Excellent.

We were here for a week. It is a 55 an older community that has a section for year round residents and a separate section for campers with a max stay of 6 months. The park is well maintained. With full hookup and excellent WiFi

Beware! Stay away from this place. They are the rudest people you will ever find. We needed to cancel our reservation due to a family emergency and without a doctor's slip would not refund even a portion of our money. Let do not care. The place is run down, very tight spots and too many full timers. Spend more and go elsewhere or stay home.

This is our second visit to this campground. We came over same time last year and as a result came again this year. Nice 55+ park very well maintained. One side is more long term residents mostly in park models. The other side is RVs/Campers. The spaces are a little narrow (which is why I gave it 4 stars) but are not so narrow that you can t sit outside. There is a nice community center with a fire pit that frequently has events. They have nice bathrooms and laundry facilities. We are Passport America members and they honored it for our entire week stay
