Stayed in April for a festival nearby. It was Ok. Wasn't stoked about the layout. What you would expect being in town. Convenient though.

Much better than I expected. The site was big enough for our 34’ 5th wheel and getting into the space was not difficult. Lots of kids but not noisy and definitely quiet at night. Avoid sites by the water. The water is stagnant and kinda gross looking. Staff is friendly. Pretty basic amenities.

Extremely overcrowded, loud music until all hours of the night, the river is stagnant making it a mosquitos dream, poor drainage (it rained overnight and we had a pond under our camper 6inches deep). It seems you are allowed an unlimited number of guests as the site across from us had at least 5 tents on it and numerous EZups there were at least 20 people on the site. Guests are allowed to park at the sites making it very difficult to tow to or from your site when the roads are lined with cars. The office staff was not friendly or welcoming. The girl checking me out couldn t be bothered to put down her KitKat to acknowledge I was at the desk.

The site was a good size but the nearby brook - like all the water there is stagnant and kind of gross. The neighbors were fine and it turned out ok for our very first trip with the new 5th wheel. Probably wont go back but definitely not terrible.

| Good for our overnight needs

We needed a last minute place to stay on Saturday night (9/22). I called ahead and spoke with a lovely person at the desk. She answered all my questions and gave me directions that would be different from my GPS and easier for a rig our size. Park is about 10 minutes off the freeway. We wanted a site where we could use satellite. She offered a choice of pull-throughs in a more open area. (And we have perfect signal for our DirecTV). I saw other reviews that indicated this place was noisy. Not tonight. Our site is dirt, but level. There are lots of very shady sites. We have 50 amp, sewer and water. I don't think I'd want to stay here for several days, but for our overnight needs, I have no complaints. I must re-emphasize the excellent customer service. 39 ft 5th wheel.

This is one of the worst places we have ever seen.
