If you like to be 10 feet from your neighbors, not enjoy the outdoors and not be able to take your dog to the river, this is the place for you. You cannot walk your dogs up and down the roads, only on the perimeter, and like I said before you cannot take your dogs down the river trail to the water. Laundry is by appointment only. And though I don't smoke, you can only smoke in your site. Not coming back, stayed one night in a camp trailer.
