Reviews for Capilano RV Park

| Expensive but well maintained and clean

By user-4695791... on 2017-10-23.

Washrooms were kept clean even with the rv park being pretty full. A little noisy next to the Lions gate bridge, pricey with very tight sites but it is in the middle of Vancouver! And there is a mall and supermarkets only 400m away.

They don't take into account the size of the vehicle when assigning sites. Most sites are tiny and you are touching the neighboring RV. We never sat outside because the units are all just too close. Apart from one girl on the front desk, the staff are unfriendly and inefficient. The park is right on the highway so there is constant noise, however, you are close to the city so this is to be expected. The location is the only good thing about this place. There is a laundry and a pool and free ice. The two stars are for location.

| Well, it's in the city

All back in sites although paved. Partial grass between sites. Very narrow. No cable TV; WiFi gets overwhelmed in the evening. Good laundry and lounge. Good location for checking out the city.

Back in spaces that are really tight but you can get your slides out. Nice staff. Night security man, Tracey, walked us over to the grocery store near there and gave us interesting details of the area. Asian market within walking distance is really interesting. Had everything we needed. Beautiful coast nearby and within 5 minutes the Capilano suspension bridge park. Close to the city and aquarium. Great for getting in the area and being close to attractions. Would stay again!

This park is close to the city and easy access to lots of activities. Near a shopping mall. Small, close together sites. Clean and well maintained.

If you are looking to be close to the city then this is where you want to stay. Otherwise it is just a typical rv park with permies and small spaces. It was just great that we could walk into the city in a matter of minutes. Facilities were new and clean (except the pool and jacuzzi was closed)

| Nah an der Stadt

Arrived with conformation in hand..no record of it.young man behind counter was RUDE..when asked a question his pat answer was "not my problem" and him telling me to just go somewhere else..I got a bit negitive myself. I asked an older lady when she came from the back, if she could help me..she did. She found my site request but informed me that they had no sites that met my RV requirements..they put me on a tent site.. She was the only person who seemed to have some knowledge of how to solve a problem fo their making. Yes it is close to city center but nothing would get me to go there again. Several other people told me they had similar problems.
