This is a very nice campground that is along Interstate 71 but far enough that the noise isn't too bad. It is well kept and has a really nice indoor swimming pool. The park is really large with pull thru sites that are large enough to accommodate big rigs pulling a tow vehicle or trailer. It's well worth the $35 a night and we would definitely stay here again.
Spent two weekends here camping. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The pool, fishing pond and everything else kept us entertained.
Love the Cardinal Center campground! Had a super Labor Day weekend there. They have an indoor swimming pool and activities. Our Grandchildren love to camp at Cardinal Center with us. Good family camping.
This is a new park. We stayed overnight only and didn't use any faculties. Upon checkout we did look around and everything was clean and modern. I called from the road for a reservation with late arrival. Staff was helpful and gave complete directions. Our site, 429 was a pull thru, level and had grass and gravel. Spaces are WIDE with large areas to turn. EXCELLENT!
We love this campground. The shooting facilities and overall layout are nice. Please be aware how close the freeway is to this campground. We were in a large pop-up and could not sleep since we were so close to the road. Try to position yourself far away from I-71 if you are a light sleeper.
Called ahead to ask about dumping and water: told me a section of their park (600s) to take care of my business. I asked if there was a fee and they said No. Parking spots were back in buy there was huge flat gravel pads/parking lots. No one stopped to rush me along. I'm new to MY camper and RVing so I was slow and taking my time and replenishing my holding tank. I made a point to go pay a "fee" at the front desk! Would certainly recommend and stay at these campgrounds in the future!
Nice campground. Noise from highway so try to stay in back. Stayed one night so don t know too much about amenities. Would definitely stay again.

No event at the shooting center so the campground was wide open. We parked in a pull thru premier space which was very long with a lot of space between spots. Many spots are well shaded. Arrived at 730 pm. Heard a few shots but they were far away. Bathhouse has many private shower/bathrooms which were immaculate and like new. Will definitely stay again as we pass through the area.
