No one in the office to check you in on weekends. Make a reservation in advance to get the gate code to check in on the weekend. Park is 4 yrs old with gravel pull-thru's with 50 amp FHU. Some sites have concrete pads for your chairs, and some just gravel. The sites are some of the biggest I've stayed in. The wi-fi works works great from the site I am on. The park is very clean and far off the highway from any hwy noise, but still close to supplies you might need. The park has everything you need from pools, weight room, bowling alleys to jacuzzi's. I would rate it a 4/5 just because of the gravel sites. We camped at Carefree Village Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
Love this place. Stayed there last year (2017) for a Month and before leaving we Booked 3 months for (2018). Who knows maybe longer for 2020
We came to check out the place. Seen it when it just open a couple of years ago. Great staff, great amenities and perfect Pickleball cours. But: no landscaping in the park at all, it is a very big gravel parkinglot with good size sites ready for parkmodels. Totally NOT pretty or nice to look at. We love to be outside and the only nice view here is your neighbours rig. Still busy in winter they say. Prices to stay are almisy the same as all over Yuma.
